Feedback from Chloe

The feedback I received was to make my flash which says 'The Queen Of Beauty' more visible and more bigger to show that its trying to show represent my central Image. In other words to make it more effective. 

Analysing Magazines

Title of publication

The title of publication which is 'VIBE' is hidden by the central image whom is a famous and successful rapper, Eminem. This suggests that the regular audience, the main audience who read vibe are capable of guessing the title even when is obscured by the cover photo. In a way it just shows that VIBE is confident that their style will be recognized. The title is big which shows its importance and the merging colours which are black and red shows that its following the theme through out the whole magazine, also the atmosphere of the magazine associates to music. The distinctive typeface is sans serif on the whole magazine which allows the presentation of it to look highly organised.

Central Image

The central image is Eminem, a successful rapper, he is showing that the magazine is a range of music. In this case, rap. Eminem is standing straight up with his arms folded and staring directly at the camera with a very steel glare, this shows the confidence and fearless attitude presented all over his body position and facial emotion. The revealing clothes show his tattoos and muscles which again takes up back to power and confidence.

Cover lines

The cover lines are in a range of different sizes which shows that the magazine is trying to draw in the audiences attention. Also the colours of the cover lines are to carry out with the theme.

Language

The language of the magazine all has gaps between them to avoid the busy sight and also they are all in the same font to make the magazine look more organised and profession other than childish and useless.
